Mattie Marie Meyer, of Zephyrhills, went to be her Lord on Jan 19, 2015. Born on Aug 20, 1923 in Dade City, she was a faithful member of Fellowship Bible Church and leaves many friends. Her friends in faith extended to other church groups, where she participated in 2 Nursing Home Ministries. Her interest included loving and caring for her family, history, genealogy, and the many good times eating out (free pie) with her friends. Preceded in death by her husband Irwin L. Meyer Sr. "A mothers love" she extended to her family. She will be forever in our hearts. She is survived by sons Irwin Jr. (Yong) ofGulf Breeze, Fl, and Warren (Monica) of Melbourne, Fl; Neice Catherine (Josh) of Weirsdale Fl; Grandchildren Kyla (Kyle) and Ray; 4 great grandchildren; Honoree son Dan (Brenda); grandchildren Trina (Randy), Trisha (Chad), and Calvin.She retired after many years at Shop and Go where she leaves beloved friends made over the years.A Memorial service will be held on Monday, January 26th at 2:00 at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 chapel in Dade City. The family will receive friends an hour prior, from 1:00- to 2:00
