Triplett, Mary Elizabeth, 89 of Dade City, passed away quietly with her children, Norma Hayden and Wesley Triplett, by her side on May 17, 2020. Beth was born in Asheville, NC to Betty Lee and Hubert Earl Rice on April 2, 1931. She was a life long resident of the Dade City area and attended Pasco High School. Beth is survived by her loving family: son Wesley (Cathie) Triplett and daughter Norma Hayden. Granddaughters Jessica Triplett, Erica (Brent) McCarthy and Ashley (Ryan) Bahr. Great Grandchildren Taylor Suttles, Braxton Rochester, and Sylas Triplett; John Hayden and Coleman McCarthy; Mayson, Presley and Anderson Bahr. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, John Eddie Triplett, Jr., daughter-in-law Joan Triplett, and son-in-law Albert Hayden.Beth loved family gatherings and enjoyed spending endless hours working in her yard, garden, greenhouse, and caring for her many pets and livestock. She was a woman blessed with many talents.sewing, quilting, woodworking, photography, painting landscapes, and portraits and even played the piano.all self-taught. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by those that loved her.Due to the Covid19 pandemic restrictions, there will be a private family graveside service directed by Hodges Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Dr. James Renault.
