Strickland, Mary Arlene, 75 of Ridge Manor Dade city area passed away March 20, 2020. She supported her husband of Strickland citrus trees and plants. She also was a CNA in local nursing homes. Arlene was well known for operating food stands at the Lacoochee Rodeo, Mud Boggins, Wrestling and Boy Cub Scouts. She was also an avid Bingo player at the Ridge Manor Bingo Hall.

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dorothy Beeman, husband Richard Strickland, sisters Sue Mullins and Rosie Tomas. She is survived by her partner Gilbert Godfrey, sons Brian and Eric, grandchildren Cara, Lacey, Chris, Casy, Aryn, and Amber. Great grandchildren Tristen, Owen, Bradlee, Brody, and Malakai.

To know her, she lit up a room where ever and whenever she walked in.

Services will be Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel with a visitation starting at 1 PM and services at 2 PM. She will be laid to rest in Floral Memory Gardens, Dade City.
