HUTCHINSON, Mary Eloise, 87, of Spring Hill, FL passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Mary was born in Tampa, FL on March 14, 1930 to parents Francis Lee Coffey and Virginia Morton Coffey. She graduated from Hillsborough High School and had many talents and skills, most of which were self-taught. Over the course of her life, she worked as a secretary, wedding cake baker, clown, organist, and seamstress. She was a Wardrobe Supervisor at Walt Disney World for the majority of her career. Mary attended St. Mary's Episcopal Church and was a member of the Altar Guild and the Order of St. Luke's. She is survived by four children: Jennie Bartlett (Lance) of Spring Hill, FL, James K. Hutchinson III of Riverview, FL, David F. Hutchinson (Alice) of Tennessee, and Paul W. Hutchinson (Bonnie) of Tennessee; two sisters, Marlene Kelley of Tampa, FL and Mindy Coffey Davis of Houston, TX; one brother, Tommie Lee Coffey of Homosassa, FL; 21 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Dade City, FL. Memorial Service
