Mary "Jeanette" Crisp, daughter of the late Edward and Ersa Mason was born September 12, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was one of the eight children.

She was united in marriage to Gerald Crisp Sr. in November of 1963. This union was blessed with three children, ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Jeanette was a member of Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. Before she retired, she worked as a machine operator at Lykes Pasco Packing Company. Jeanette loved gardening and spending time with her family, she was happiest when there were children around. She loved to volunteer at the elementary school where her grandchildren attended. She will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.

Jeanette departed this life Thursday, February 24, 2021, at Advent Health Dade City, surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald "Jay" Crisp, Jr., her sisters: Shirley Causey, Joyce Mitchell, and Linda Heath. Her brothers: Lou Mason, and Edward Mason.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her husband, Gerald Crisp, Sr., her children, Annette Henderson (Richard Henderson), Ronald Crisp, Taylor Osburne (Corey Osburne), and Tyler Davis (Mike Davis). Her grandchildren, Joshua Crisp, Kelsey Henderson, Jordan MacDonald, Bobbie Lee Henderson, Brandon Crisp, Bryan Crisp, Briyana Crisp, and Brittany Crisp. Her great-grandchildren, Delta Jean Davis, River Osburne, Penelope MacDonald, Hazel Henderson, Alayiah Johnson, Brehnan Crisp, Jayden Crisp, and Kiersten Wargo. Her brother Lester Mason, and her sister June Hayes, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel Dade City, on Friday, March 5, from 9-10 am with the funeral service to begin at 10 am followed by burial at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
