Martha Jo Mercer Pagliuca,74, Wesley Chapel passed away May 4, 2018. She was born January 6, 1944 in Pontiac, MI. She graduated from Bob Jones University in 1966 with a BS degree and retired from the US Forrest Service as a computer systems administrator in 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev James and Lois Mercer. Survivors include her beloved husband of 49 years, Ret AF LT Col, Louis Pagliuca; sons, Christopher Carl (Anastasia) Pagliuca and Michael Andrew Pagliuca of Wesley Chapel; grandchildren, Christopher, Isabella, and Jaxson Pagliuca of Wesley Chapel; sisters, Sara Jill Mercer (Dr. Ned Megargee) of Tallahassee, Mary Jane Heady of Canton, MI, Elizabeth Ann Sandburg of Flower Mound , TX; brothers, James ( Dr. Vickie) Mercer of Pacific Palisades, CA, John T.W. (Mary) Mercer of Atlanta, GA many cousins, nieces and nephews, and great friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday, May 10th at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Zephyrhills. Services will take place 9:30 Friday at the Funeral Home with graveside to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in her name.
