Marlene Storch SumnerAugust 5, 1935 - February 6, 2022

Marlene was born on August 5, 1935 to Edward and Amelia Storch who preceded her in death. She is also predeceased by her husband Robert D. Sumner, daughter Donna Sumner Cox, and brother Donald Storch. She is survived by her children: Keith Sumner (Sharon), Dennis Sumner, Lorraine Nicolette (John), Judy Kendrick; her sisters: JoAnn Toner, Grace Smith;12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and her loving caregivers: Linda. Patty, Sharlene and Mary Ann.

Marlene was very active in her Dade City and San Antonio Community. She was a member of St. Rita's Catholic Church and St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She was active in the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Women's Club, Day-Z Flower Club, the Red Hat Society, San Antonio Leading Ladies, and a lifetime member and Trustee of the Pioneer Florida Museum. Marlene loved to spend her time with her loving family and was an avid gardener.

Funeral Mass will be held 10am Thursday, February 10th, 2022 at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in San Antonio. A Rosary Service will be held at 9am, just prior to the service. Private interment services will be held at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either St. Anthony's Catholic School, the Pioneer Florida Museum, or to Gulfside Hospice.
