COLLINS, Mark A. 51 of Dade City, FL died Saturday, July 8, 2017 at his residence. Mark was born in Tampa, FL to Jessie & Sandra (Haskew) Collins, he grew up in the central Florida area and gained the reputation of an outstanding chef having worked at numerous restaurants such as the Foxfire restaurant in Lakeland, FL, Charleys Steakhouse in Orlando, FL, Bonefish Grill and helped with the opening of the Salt Rock Grill. Mark was also an outstanding fisherman and spent much of his spare time at Sabastian Inlet. He is survived by his Daughter Maggie Collins of Merritt Island, FL, Granddaughter Avery Carrillo of Merritt Island, FL. His father Jessie & Bernice Collins of Dade City, FL, Mother Sandra Ingram of Ashville, NC, Siblings Cynthia Collins, Gerald Collins, Ruby Barrett-Collins & Skyler Barrett-Collins all Dade City, FL. A Celebration of Life for Mark will be held at a later date.
