LORING, Marilyn R. 80 of Zephyrhills passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. Marilyn was born in Bangor, ME to Ruel and Audrey (Peavey) Hanscom. She was a homemaker and a proud member of the Zephyrhills Moose Lodge 2276, and stayed active with the Women of the Moose Chapter 1682. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Geraldine Graham and Phyllis Topalis; and is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years Robert C. Loring. She leaves behind her two children, Karen M. Duneman (Steven) of Nixa, MO and Robert C. Loring, Jr of Newburyport, MA; two sisters, Charlotte Connelly of Tampa, FL and Patricia Smith of Connecticut; and one grandson, Richard H. Odell of Atlantic City, NJ. Marilyns family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, May 15, 2017 at the Hodges Family Funeral Home, 36327 SR 54, Zephyrhills; shell be laid to rest at Liberty Plain Cemetery in Hingham, MA on Saturday, May 20, 2017.
