She was born January 1, 1925 in Corozal, Puerto Rico to Agapito & Petrona Arroyo Vazquez and was retired from the Banking Industry. She is survived by 2 children: John Carlos Vaquer, Ivette & Jose Vaquer Mendoza; 1 sister: Cielo McCausland; 3 grandchildren: Adam Charles Vaquer, Jose Mendoza, Marivette Mendoza; 3 great grandchildren: Jasemine Sophia Garcia, Katherine Miranda Vaquer and Jovanni Alejandro Mendoza. Graveside services will be held 11am Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery.
