Obituary
Dade City lost a beloved member of our community on February 3, 2021 when resident Margarita Huerta Guerra passed away in the AdventHealth Dade City Hospital after a short battle with COVID-19.
Margarita was born December 7, 1939 to Jesus Huerta and Consuelo Leal Huerta of San Benito, Texas.
Margarita was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved son, Jason. She is survived by six children, twenty-one grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She always had a warm smile and a friendly word for everyone.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 4pm-8pm. It will be followed by an entombment service on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 2pm at the Hodges Family Funeral Home Serenity Mausoleum.
