Margaret "Peggy" Anne Horvat DiCarlo passed away at the age of 95 on March 31, 2023. Margaret was living at Ponds Edge ALF in Zephyrhills, Florida. Margaret was born in Homestead, PA, on June 1, 1927, to Stephen and Anne Horvat. She was the youngest of seven children. Her sisters were Helen, Mary, and Annie; her brothers were Stephen, George and Steve. Margaret married Albert DiCarlo in Tampa. Margaret and Albert lived in Pasco County for more than 25 years. They moved initially to Wesley Chapel, and then to Dade City, where Margaret was employed by the County Government. Margaret is survived by her stepson, John DiCarlo, and her nephew, George Horvat. Margaret is predeceased by her husband Albert, and all of her siblings. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 US Hwy 301, Dade City, FL. The service will begin at 11:00 am, immediately followed by the interment at Chapel Hill Gardens cemetery.
