GONZALEZ, Marcelo Sr., was born April 6, 1941, to Eliseo Gonzalez and Virginia Gonzalez Longoria. Marcelo was the second of seven children. He married Maria Luisa Gracia on April 16, 1961. He was in love with Luisa and completely devoted to her until his death on December 15, 2011. His wife and his children were his joy. Marcelo and Luisa had six children, Yolanda (Frank Espinoza), parents to Joshua, Isabella, and Joseph; Marcelo Gonzalez Jr. (Carmen), parents to Vanessa, Virginia, and Marcelo III; Rosalinda (Humberto Perez), parents to Christina, Suzanna, and Esteban; Maria Luisa (Abel Tapia), parents to Abel Jr. (Jackie) and Chelsea; Esmeralda (Raymond Alexander), parents to Ray, Isaac, and David; Joel Gonzalez and his children, JosiLyn and Joel Jr. He also leaves behind his beloved brothers and sisters, Celia G. (Alfredo) Trevino, Maria G. (Juan) Rodriguez, Elma G. (Clemente) Barrera, Noe (Maria Louisa) Gonzales, Arnulfo (Elena) Gonzales, and Irma G. (Obed) Gonzales, and their families. Marcelo also leaves behind his beloved in-laws, Guadalupe Gracia, Elvira (Antonio) Pena, Alfredo (Esperanza) Gracia and San Juana Gracia. He was preceded in death by his precious parents, Eliseo and Virginia; his in-laws, Efrain and Juana Gracia; and two grandchildren. The family will hold a viewing and a rosary 5-8 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2011, at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City, Fla. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City, Fla.
