Garcia-Rubio, Manuel, 96 of Dade City, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012 in Zephyrhills. He was born February 22, 1916 in Jalpa Zacatecas, Mexico to Cruz and Herlinda Rubio Garcia. He was a farmer and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife: Guadalupe Garcia; 10 children: David Garcia, Teresa Gomez, Maria Muro, Esperanza Florez, Maria Conception Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, Jose Garcia, Cruz Garcia, Herlinda Garcia, Maria Jesus Serna; brothers: Guadalupe Garcia, Remberto Garcia; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10am Friday, May 11, 2012 at St. Rita Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends for viewing from 6-8pm Thursday evening at the church.
