Maggie Mae Chessher 86, of Dade City, FL passed away Monday, May 10th, 2021 under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice. She was born November 7, 1934 in Baker, FL to Joseph Albert Chessher and Alma Lanore Williams Chessher. She was a longtime area resident and a member of the United Church of God in Bushnell, FL.

She is survived by 2 sons: Larry Chessher, Danny Chessher; 4 siblings: Faye Hobbs, Mollie Head, J.B. Chessher, Tisher Briggs; 2 grandchildren: Devon & Brennan; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Chessher, mother Alma Chessher, 7 siblings: Mary Chessher, John Chessher, Joe Chessher, Void Chessher, Wilma Gosnell, Rhett Chessher, Maxie McClamma; nieces/nephews: Henry Newell, Josephine Hatton, and Johnny Chessher.

Funeral Services will be held 3pm Monday, May 17th, 2021 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends for viewing one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
