Kenzie was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, dog mom, and friend. Mackenzie Gail McAvoy left this world unexpectedly, at 19 on May 6, 2022. Born in Dunedin, Florida on August 28, 2002, to David and Mary Beth (Nolf) McAvoy, Kenzie grew up in Weeki Wachee, where she attended Weeki Wachee High School, graduate class of 2020 and was currently working on her Associated Degree at Pasco Hernando State College.
Those who knew Kenzie, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Although only 19 at the time of her death, Kenzie affected many people in her lifetime. She was deeply committed to being a handler, loving and caring unconditionally for any and every dog near and far. She was fiercely loyal to her family, friends, and dog children. We will always remember her infectious smile, hardworking, and caring personality.
We know Kenzie is now with her Grandpa Proctor, Grandma Gail, Uncle Doug, Uncle Skippy, and nephew Brayden and is loved here on earth as well as heaven. She leaves behind her parents, David and Mary Beth; sisters, Cortney (Wyatt) and Nicole; niece, Kinsley; nephew, Jackson; grandparents, Jim and Pat; dog children, Zander and Aspen; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as dog family and friends.
