Obituary

France, Lydia Cimador Noni, 95, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the home of her granddaughter in Tampa, FL. Formerly of Dade City, she was born on July 28, 1916 in Pieria, Italy to Margerita and Leonardo Cimador and came with her family to America and settled in Pittsburg, PA. She married George France and later moved to Dade City in 1954. Lydia was a cashier at Kash and Karry and retired at 65 after many years of loyal service. She was a great cook and a fit women walking wherever she went. She possessed a noble character with strength, honesty and dignity, and was a good woman all the days of her life. She displayed a deep commitment to her family and was a blessing to us all the days of her life. Lydia is survived by her only daughter Carole France Edwards and son-in-law Charles H. Edwards. Four grandchildren: Leigh Ann Cosmo, husband Dr. Leonard Y. Cosmo; Charles H. Edwards Jr.; Lynn Dicks, husband, Steve Dicks, John David Edwards. Five great-grandchildren: Meagan Edwards, Ashley Edwards, Jasmine Edwards, John David JD Edwards and Noah Edwards. Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends for viewing 30 minutes prior to service time. John 14:19 ...because I live, you too shall live also.
