Luis Hernan Puentes, age 81 of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at HPH Hospice, Dade City, Florida. Born in Colombia, South America to Andres and Rebeca Fuentes. He was retired after 29 years service from Barnett Bank where he served as a computer specialist. He served his country in the US Army. Survivors include: wife of 52 years, Cecilia Puentes and his children: Rita Conlin, Carlos Puentes, both of Dade City, Florida, Ines Lou of Hallandale, FL and Fanny Melo of Pembroke Pines, Florida. There will be funeral mass at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.
