Lucile S. Clothier, 90 of Tampa, FL passed away Friday, November 1, 2013 in Dade City. She was born June 2, 1923 in Warren, PA to Frank & Josephine Stanley Schumann and was retired from GTE after 39 years of service. She was an active member of the German American Club, the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by 3 children: Carol D. (Tom) Nicoll, Sharon K. (Jim) Miller, Clyde W. Clothier II; 1 sister: Ernestine Osburn; life partner: Melvin C. "Andy" Anderman; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Services will be held 11am Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in her memory to either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
