Lowretha Ann Rowland, age 66, of Dade City, Florida passed on Thursday, August 14 following a period of hospice care.

Lowretha was born in Dade City, Florida on October 14th, 1958 to loving parents James Gladin Miller and Lowretha Rousey Miller. She was welcomed by her siblings Shirley, Bobby, Malloy, Wayne, Louis, and Harold.

Lowretha had numerous accomplishments, such as receiving her Associate of Science degree for Medical Billing and Coding with Ultimate Medical Academy. Lowretha went on to dedicate years of service as a pharmacy technician at her local Walgreens, helping patrons fill their prescriptions.

Spending time with family was greatly cherished by Lowretha. During her life, she had three children: Amanda (Shawn), Roy (Melissa), and Melissa. Later on, she was honored to earn the title of grandmother to numerous grandchildren.

Lowretha is predeceased by her siblings Shirley (Miller) Basham, Bobby Pearson, Wayne Miller, and Louis Miller.

Lowretha is survived by her siblings: Malloy Pearson and Harold Miller, her children: Amanda, Roy, and Melissa, her beloved grandchildren, and a multitude of beloved friends.
