Louise Georgette Townsend Aka Candy, Goat 61 years old of Hernando City, Florida passed away June 30, 2024 at Tampa General Hospital. She was born in Louisiana on November 30, 1962 to James and Elvira James and Elvira McCarthy. Louise was united in marriage to Robert Townsend Jr, on May 16,1981 in Elkton Maryland. She was a was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Louise loved plants/gardening, nature and God but above all she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her brother, James McCarthy. Survivors include her beloved husband, Robert Townsend Jr; sons, Robert Townsend 3rd (Randi Hardy daughter in law) James Townsend; daughters, Elvira Townsend, Heather Belcher (Josh Belcher son- in- law) Jillian Bagamary, Mikayla Townsend; grandchildren, Riley Townsend, Aubrie Belcher, Skylar Belcher, Leah Belcher, brother, George McCarthy (Michelle McCarthy sister-in-law). Visitation will be from 12 Noon- 1 PM Friday, July 12th at Hodges Family Funeral Zephyrhills with a service to be conducted at 1 PM. A graveside service will follow at Oakside Cemetery.
