Louise was born on November 26,1932. She passed on April 14, 2019. Louise was preceded in death by her daughter Laura Smith. She is survived by her sons; Larry Frassrand of Tampa, and Art Frassrand, and her daughter-in-law Mikki Frassrand of Brooksville FL.

She was a lifelong resident of Dade City, and spent most of her life in hospitality tending bar where she was known as Ms. Louise. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 301 Chapel, Dade City, FL. from 10am -11am on April 27, 2019, the memorial service will follow at 11am.
