Lori Mamone passed away on 04/04/2022 in Zephyrhills Florida. She was born on 12/18/1962 to William and Barbara Dissinger in Williamsport, PA. She lived in a few locations in Pennsylvania including Hershey, before moving down to the Tampa Bay area. She attended Leto High School where she excelled in her passion for music by playing the flute and piccolo in their music program. After high school, she would move on to go to get her degree in Cosmetology. She later realized that even though she enjoyed cosmetology, she also excelled in payroll and accounting work. Eventually she landed a job at an insurance company (USF&G) where she met her late husband Donald Ray Stuart (08/20/1970-06/11/2006). The love birds would go on to have two beautiful children, Andrew William Stuart (10/29/1993) and LisAnne Michelle Stuart (05/22/1995). After Donald had passed, she would marry Timothy John Mamone. The couple would live together happily in Tampa, until they decided to retire together and move to Zephyrhills. Lori had many passions and interests, including music, worshiping at church, arts and crafts, cooking, singing, and bingo. She was always the kindest and most giving person you could meet and tried to help others as often as she could. Throughout her later life she had many health complications and unfortunately ended up getting Breast cancer which had also spread to her lymph nodes. She valiantly faced her diagnosis and pushed through for as long as she could, while always staying true to the saying her daughter constantly told her "Just keep swimming". Even though she could never "beat" her cancer, someone as strong as Lori could never lose a fight. It was just her time to finally rest and join her family in heaven. Lori was predeceased by her father William Dissinger and her late husband Donald Stuart. She is survived by her mother Barbara Dissinger, her sister Holly Miesner, husband Timothy Mamone, her two children Andrew and LisAnne Stuart, her dogs Jessa Bear and Madeline, her grand-dogs Kylo and Delilah, and countless other friends and family members. Even though she isnt physically with us, she will live on in our hearts and minds forever. A service will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, Florida. A visitation will take place prior to service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Interment will follow service at Chapel Hill Gardens.
