SLAVIK, Lois C., 73, of Dade City, passed away on March 24, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Duane; daughter, Lisa (Tom) Todd; grand-daughters; Jennifer and Amber Todd. Lois was born in Chicago, Illinois, and lived in Seffner, Fl for 32 years. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 31, 2012 at 2pm at Presbyterian Church of Seffner.
