Our sweet Lin passed away peacefully in Dade City, Florida with her husband Rick by her side holding her hand.

Lin was born in Manchester NH the second of three children to Robert and Cecilia Beaudoin. She graduated from Goffstown High School in NH and was Summa Cum Laude from Notre Dame College in Manchester NH with two degrees in education. She married Ivan Byam and they had one daughter Hillarie. They later divorced. She married Richard (Rick) Wilson and together they have a blended family of 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Lin absolutely loved teaching and served as a second grade teacher at New Boston Central School in New Boston, NH. She always imparted "warm fuzzies" on each of her students. When you entered her classroom you often had to look around to find her. Most of her students were the same size as her. She could often be found on the floor with them in a reading group. She looked back throughout her life on those days as a teacher as among her fondest, she truly put her heart and soul into it and loved each child deeply.

Rick and Lin were able to adopt Tucker at age 14 shortly after their marriage. Tucker had been her foster son for 10 years. Our family has been transferred back and forth between NH, UT and finally FL. Lin is known by all as a sweet, loving person. It didnt matter who you were from a clerk in a store, doctor, nurse, bingo acquaintance, neighbor she always made a special effort to speak to you and find out about you and your family. She always asked the names of your children and grandchildren. Next time she saw you she asked about each by name. She just loved and cared about people so deeply.

Lin had health concerns off and on over the past 10 years and had been treated by multiple physicians and nurses in NH, UT and FL. True to form this sweet angel even to the end told each and every one of them who entered her room including supporting staff that she loved them. Often they did a double take as if to say, "but you dont even know me". Once they looked back into her eyes they knew she meant it and they instantly melted to return the love back to her. What a gift of love she has.

Rick and Lin shared so many memories together. You rarely saw one without the other. They loved being together so much and just sharing life together. It was always simple things like an evening ride just to explore the area and grab a cup of coffee. Lin always made everything special for friends and family. One of her favorite things to do was cook supper each evening. Rick was never allowed in the kitchen during the preparation. She always said "go sit and relax honey and Tucker and I will have supper ready shortly." That meal was always served with love and was always her surprise and treat each and every evening. She always made sure though to say "if you dont like it honey we can always go to McDonalds."

She had many passions in life beyond her love for people. She loved animals of all kinds and fostering dogs, horses, cats and ducks. She treated each of them with the same love as she did with people. Her pets loved her so deeply, when she walked throughout the house or the property it was easy to find Lin because all of the dogs and cats would follow her everywhere she went. Lin was an avid reader, writer, doodler and loved poetry but family was always number one with her. She always made sure everyone had what they needed.

Lin is survived by her husband Richard (Rick) Wilson, Ridge Manor, FL, children Hillarie Byam, Hampton NH, Frank (Tucker) Wilson, Ridge Manor, FL, Jennifer Portz, Roy UT, Natalie Meah, Okinawa Japan, Mark Wilson, Roy, UT. Chris Wilson, Hooksett NH, father Robert Beaudoin, North Fort Myers FL, sister Maureen Beaudoin, Dunbarton NH, brother Kenneth Beaudoin, Manchester NH, 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews.

There will be three celebrations of life to be announced by the family at a later date. One in Ridge Manor FL, one in Manchester NH and one in Ogden UT.

In lieu of flowers the family asks you to plant a tree in Lins honor in your favorite place. Lin was an outdoors girl through and through and loved nature so much. This would bring her great joy. The family also wants to thank the multitude of healthcare professionals who have helped our sweet Lin over the years. We appreciate and thank you for every precious day we had with her. A very special thanks to her lifelong friend (sister) Kim Groele for your love and devotion to Lin and our family.
