Linda M. White

June 24, 1948 – June 27, 2025

Linda M. White, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 27th surrounded by her family. She was 77.

Born on June 24th, 1948, in Geneva, Ohio, Linda was the beloved daughter of George and Jacqueline Skidmore and sister to her dear brother Mark Skidmore (Lyn). She later moved to Florida in the late 1980s with her husband and daughters, making a lasting home in Zephyrhills.

Linda married the love of her life, Rodger White, on September 20th 1969. Together, they built a beautiful life and celebrated over 55 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support for one another.

Linda was a devoted and proud mother to Makenzie Brown (Stephen) and Lindsey Harrie (Chris). She was affectionately known as "Grandma" to her seven grandsons: Kyle Brown, Jake Brown (Gabriele), Drew Brown (Kayleigh), Ryan Brown, Connor Harrie, Logan Harrie, and Parker Harrie. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren, Evan and Emma Brown, who brought her immense joy and pride.

Faith was an important part of Linda's life. She loved the Lord deeply and carried her belief in God into every aspect of her life—with grace, compassion, and quiet strength. Her faith guided her relationships, her work, and her view of the world, and she took great comfort in prayer and in the hope of eternal life.

A respected and successful Realtor for over 30 years, Linda found great purpose in helping others find their dream homes. Her dedication and passion earned her numerous accolades throughout her career. She was known not only for her professional achievements but for her warmth, integrity, and the way she made everyone feel like family.

Above all, Linda will be remembered for her deep love for her family, her unwavering faith, her vibrant spirit, and her boundless kindness. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd at Hodges Funeral Home, 11441 US-301, Dade City, FL. Visitation is from 10–11 AM, with the service beginning at 11 AM.
