Lester "Frank" Bliss of Zephyrhills, passed away on June 13, 2016 at the age of 68. Frank was born in Saginaw, Michigan to Betty (Johnson) and Alvin Bliss. Frank was a Chief Warrant Officer 4 in the Coast Guard and retried in October 1990. His passion was his family and loved watching sports with his sons. He was an amazing husband and a devoted father. He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty and is survived by his father Alvin, wife Judith, two sons Gerald (Sue) and Bryan, siblings Chuck (Debbie), Linda (Jim) , Norman (Shellie) and Marilyn (Robbie), and two grandchildren Giselle and Giuliana. The visitation will be on Thursday, June 16th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and the Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. At a later date to be determined, Frank will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery.
