PEARCE, LeRoy, age 83, of Dade City, FL went home to be with our Lord on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. He was born on March 2, 1936 in Miami, FL to parents Roy Pearce & Alma Cone.

LeRoy will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. Despite his stubbornness, he was a loving and caring man who was always there for his friends and loved when needed.

LeRoy was very handy and loved to tinker with projects. Some of his favorite hobbies included collecting guns, riding his motorcycle, and watching western movies. He was also very musical and enjoyed everything from dancing to singing and playing guitar. Above all else, though, he enjoyed being with family and friends and taking pictures.

He was preceded in death by three children: Richard Pearce, Shane Pearce, and Brenda Pearce; and one sister, Betty Stubbs.

Survivors include two children: Glenda Pearce and Lynn Smith; one sister, Cheryl Guzell; seven grandchildren: Jessica Pearce-Hernandez, Malinda Parish, Roy Lee Parish, Anthony Parish, Samantha Gonzalez, Clinton McCullough, and Corey Smith; eleven great-grandchildren; and many other friends and loved ones.

A visitation will take place at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, FL from 10-11am on Monday, June 17, 2019. A funeral service will begin at 11am. Burial at Dade City Cemetery will follow.
