Leonard J. McClellan, Sr., 89, of Dade City passed away July 3, 2017 at Lakeland Regional due to a bicycle accident. He was born October 16, 1927 in Croswell, Michigan.

Leonard worked for Mueller Brass Co. at Port Huron, Michigan for 40 years. He operated his family farm in Buel Township until he moved to Florida in 1995.In Dade City, he was well known for his flowers and also riding his three-wheeled bicycle.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Mabel (Burch) McClellan; wife, Alta McClellan; son, Patrick McClellan; brothers, Robert and Donald McClellan. Survivors include sons, Leonard McClellan Jr., Thomas (Linda) McClellan; daughters, Michele (Ed) Thomas, Lila (John) McClellan-Finch; stepson, Paul Kanaby; step daughters, Judy Thorold, Nancy (Mick) Grochowski; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted 11 AM July 15th at Fellowship of the Redeemed Church, 4747 Allen Road, Zephyrhills, FL 33541. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fellowship of the Redeemed Church, 7432 Glenchester Drive, Webster, Florida 33597.
