Lela Hubbard Futch, 89, of Dade City, FL passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018. She was born July12, 1928 in Tampa, FL to Rosco Conkling Hubbard and Pearl Harrison Hubbard. She was a Charter Member and Past President of the Pioneer Florida Museum, the United Daughter's of the Confederacy, the Pasco County Historical Society and the D.A.R.. Lela is survived by 4 children: Steve Futch, Jeff Futch, Jane Hancock, Suzanne Futch; 2 sisters: Caroline Woodring, Margaret Vandegraff; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: James H. Futch, Sr. and son: James H. Futch, Jr. Graveside services will be held 10am Monday, February 26, 2018 at Dade City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6pm Sunday evening at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Pioneer Florida Museum. Visitation
