Laurie Kaye Thomas 71, of Dade City passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017. She was born March 14, 1945 in Chardon, OH to Wade Barton & Laverne Aurilla Mills Crellin. She worked as an Elementary School Teacher early on before settling in to her career as a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 49 years: Ermie Thomas; 2 children: Wade E. Thomas (Dianna), Shannon Kaye Bodi (Tom Scudiero); brother: Jeffery Crellin (Melody Rosenberg); 3 grandchildren: Andrew Meadows (Erica), Jordyn Bodi, Brooke Thomas and several nieces and nephews.
