Larry Dale Halstead Jr., 68, of Dade City, Florida departed this life on August 11, 2026. Larry was born on December 10, 1957, in Kennedy Township, Pennsylvania to Lawrence Merle Halstead and Vera Louise Halstead.

Larry and Carol Halstead married on May 23, 1992 spending 28 beautiful years together before her passing in 2020.

Larry was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1980 to 1984. After his time in the military, Larry went on to become a truck driver.

Larry is survived by his beloved siblings; Kenneth Halstead (Lan) , Gerald Halstead (Tami), Debra Fry (Bob), Connie Clinton (Steve), Kelly Clinton (Ricky), seven nephews, four nieces, 11 great nieces, three great nephew, five great great nephews, one great great nieces.

Larry's friends and family may gather on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 11:00 A.M at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City for a visitation. His life will be celebrated during funeral services to be held at 1:30 pm on August 20, 2026, at Florida National Cemetery located at 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
