Kenneth Polk 79, of Lacoochee, FL passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in Zephyrhills. He was born August 27, 1939 in Lacoochee to Irving Daniel & Mazie McKinney Polk. He was a lifelong area resident and an avid hunter and fisherman. He worked for the Standard Oil Company for 21 years and then worked for the City of Dade City for 17 years. Kenneth is survived by 5 children: Jerry Vern Polk, Donna K. Cramer, Ronda Polk, Jason Eric & Amy Polk, John Kelby Polk; 3 siblings: Roy Polk, Flo Alford, May Lyons; 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Susie Polk Alford. Funeral Services will be held 11am Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Lacoochee. The family will receive friends for viewing one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will follow at Lacoochee Cemetery.
