KATHY ELVINA BROWN Passed away peacefully at the age of 70 in Zephyrhills Florida on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. She was born in Bell, California and has recently relocated to Florida in 2021. She was a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and loved to be at the ocean. She is preceded by her husband, Charles Brown and her mother Joyce Maness. She is survived by 1 son, Kenneth Williams, of Clovis California and 1 daughter, Connie Dachtler of Indiana. She is also survived by her father Robert Maness Sr, of Hemet, California, 2 brothers, Robert Maness, Jr of Oregon and Gary Maness of Hemet, California, 1 sister, Anne DeSain of Zephyrhills, Florida, numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephew. Burial will take place at Oakside Cemetery.
