Kathleen Eudora Lowe, 77, of Dade City passed on December 18th, 2013. Visitation will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm on December 28th, at Hodges Family Funeral Home on US Highway 301 in Dade City, with the funeral service at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens cemetery.
