SMITH, Justin H., 27, of Dade City, passed away October 7, 2015. He was born August 25, 1988 in Zephyrhills, FL. Justin was preceded in death by his father, Randy Carl Ward and grandfather, Barney Smith. Survivors include his great-grandmother, Myrtle Riely; grandparents, Clarence and Betty Schell; grandmother, Rhoann Smith; mother, Sara Lee Smith; two brothers, Jacob and William Smith; 3 step-siblings, Kevin, Matthew, and Heather Ashmore; 3 daughters, Kylee, Jaylynn, and Hailey Smith; his loving fiance, Hope Rhodes, and her four children; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Justin was the third child. He loved his children and loved spending time with them. He loved drawing, doing tattoo work, gardening, and landscaping work. Justin was also a ham for the camera. He loved having his picture taken. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Monday, October 12, 2015 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Dade City, 301 Chapel.
