Judith Ann (Judy) Lee age 68 years of Webster, Florida passed away into the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ on May 26, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. Judith was born on February 6, 1955, in Lakeland, Florida to parents Roy and Edith (Bays) Painter who preceded her in death along with brothers John Painter and Ray Painter. Judith graduated from South Sumter High School and was the salutatorian. She was a homemaker and later became the town librarian. She lived in Lakeland, Florida, Clair Mel City, Florida, and Webster, Florida. She loved art of all kinds, farming, gardening, horseback riding, fishing, reading, volunteering at school, the library, and researching genealogy. She made a valuable impact on her community through her service to the church, school, library, and her family. Her spouse survives her: Robert Lee, who she married on June 29, 1974, in Linden, Florida. Children: Austin Lee (Christina) Amy Girdner (Gabriel), and Jennifer Wild. Her grandchildren: Brendyn, Tyler, Madelynne, Analee, Adreya, Wyatt, Liam, Calvin, Cassidy, Cade, Colson, Loralei, Amelia, Mackenzie, Tobias, and Dahlia. Siblings: Edward Painter and Elaine Rutzebeck. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 6-7 pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 301 Chapel in Dade City, Florida. There will be a graveside service on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 10 am, at Linden Cemetery, and the Officiant will be Reverend Ed Button.
