Juanita Medina Donez, 81, of Zephyrhills, passed away on March 17, 2014. A visitation will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home 5th St Chapel in Dade City on Friday March 21st, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday March 22nd at 10:00am, with interment to follow at Dade City Cemetery.
