Joyce A. Orender of Zephyrhills went to be with the Lord on October 4, 2026 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her daughters, Rendora Wilson, Alanda (Glenn) Capps, Lorena (Michael) Conaway and her siblings, Carolyn Fink, Otis (Louise) Lowe, Sandra (Douglas) Morrison, Wanda Lowe, Larry (Janice) Lowe, Shirley Jones, Kenneth (Jackie) Lowe and Michael (Amelia) Lowe. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Henry Orender and her parents, Sidney and Gladys Lowe. She was born in Bluefield, West Virginia. She grew up in Princeton, West Virginia, the daughter of a minister. She moved to Florida in 1974. She was a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with family, praying for others and serving the Lord. A viewing will be held 10-11 AM on Friday October 9, 2026 at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, with at Funeral Service starting at 11 AM followed by an interment at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. The family would like to express their appreciation to Gulfside Hospice Care in Zephyrhills and Kasie Russell, ARPN, her primary care physician.
