Josip Biturajac, 81, passed away on May 31, 2024, in Tampa, FL. Josip was born On July 25,1942, in Bosiljevo, Croatia to Jelka (Pozega) Biturajac and Franjo Biturajac. He moved to the USA at the age of 35 and lived in Cleveland, OH, before moving to Zephyrhills, FL. He was a very much-loved math teacher at Dade City High School. He loved working In the garden, had the most beautiful flowers, adored his cats, loved cooking, reading and music. He is survived by 3 nieces in the USA, Helena Biturajac Osborn (Chris Osborn), Sharon Smith (Kevin Smith) and daughter Kayla, Karen Elenbaum(Ralph Elenbaum) and sons Ralph and Nicholas and 2 nephews in Croatia, Damir Biturajac and Marijan Vulakovic. Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 10 am at Chapel Hill Gardens , Dade City. Funeral was arranged by Hodges Family Funeral Home.
