Joseph Kevin "Moe" Mullen 55, of Ridge Manor, FL passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017. He was born November 19, 1962 in Owensboro, KY to Joseph Bernard & Mary Frances Fischer Mullen. He moved to this area 29 years ago from Kentucky and worked for Simpson Environmental. He was a member of the Dade City Moose Lodges and was an avid fan of both NASCAR and the Bengals. Moe is survived by his wife: Shelley Mullen; 2 daughters: Kelley & Michael Adams, Jamie Sheldon; 3 grandchildren: Holden, MaKayla, Kenadey; 2 great grandchildren: Isabella and Kingsley; 7 siblings: Hugh J. & Patty Mullen, David C. Mullen, Nola & Charles Courtney, Bernadette Mullen & Norman Wheeler, Monica Mullen, Marilyn & Mike Kerwan, Maria & Terry Phillips; several nieces, great nieces and nephews as well as great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary F. Mullen, father Joseph B. Mullen; 2 brothers: Vincent Jude Mullen, John Timothy Mullen; and nephew Bryant Mullen.
