Charland, Joseph Arthur, 71, of Ridge Manor, Fl, passed away on October 23, 2013 after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his loving wife, of 50 years, Laurel; his beautiful daughter, Alice Anderson, son-in-law, Warren Anderson, of Bushnell, FL; son, John J. Charland, of Eagle Mills, NY; brother, Donald (Anne Marie) Charland; 4 grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his daughter, Brenda A. Charland.
