Joseph A. Bednar,76, of Zephyrhills and formerly of Meadville, PA passed away 1/25/2015 at his home. He was born 6/28/1938 in Meadville, PA. Joseph served in the United States Air Force in communications. He was an avid golfer and loved his animals. He was a member of St Rita Catholic Church in Dade City. Survivors include his beloved wife of 11 years, Marie; daughters, Marcella, Sheila, Charlotte; sons, Keith and Eric; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren. A wake will be held from 9:30- 11 AM February 10th at St. Rita Catholic Church, 14404 14th Street, Dade City, FL 33523. A Mass will be conducted at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Rita Church.
