Jordan D. Baum, M.D. passed away at home in the early morning hours of July 4, 2014 of natural causes. He was 64 years old and a long time Urologist in the Dade City/Zephyrhills area since 1982. Jordan worked many years at Florida Medical Clinic in Zephyrhills and prior to that had a private practice. He grew up in Coral Gables, Florida and attended University of Miami undergraduate and medical school. He spent seven years in USPHS after medical school serving anyone who entered the ER and all service men in New York City, Baltimore, and San Francisco. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sheryl Baum, his daughters Elizabeth Arcos and Jenna Baum, and his son Jared Baum; three sisters Claudia Greenberg, Fleur Schim, and Danielle Baum; he had one little grandson, Oliver Kieffer who he loved very much. He was greatly loved and will never be forgotten. His family mourns deeply.A visitaion will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 chapel in Dade City on Sunday July 13th, from 1:00 to 3:30, with a memorial service at 3:30.
