Jonathan G. Ellsworth, 63, passed away on November 5, 2016 after a sudden illness. Jonathan was a loving father, grandfather, and brother who was preceded in death by his parents: George and Dorothy Ellsworth and brother-in-law: Bill Sherman. Jonathan was survived in death by his three sons: Jonathan, Donald (Kathy), and Casey; six grandchildren: Rebecca, Brittany, Christopher, Brendan, Brianna, and Corbin; three brothers: George (Jan), Arthur (Becky), and Douglas (Lisa); one sister: Maureen Sherman; along with many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog: Dottie. A memorial service will be held at All Saints Lutheran Church, 5315 Van Dyke Rd. Lutz, FL on Monday, Nov. 14 at 4 pm. Memorial Service
