Johnny Wade Compton,55, of Wesley Chapel, FL, passed away on Tuesday May 5th, 2026.

He was born on September 4th, 1970, in Greenville, AL to Junior and Shirley Compton. Johnny was known for his willingness to help everyone and being the best husband and father.

Johnny is survived by Wife, Michelle; Children Zackery, Johnathan (Miranda) Tyler and Elizabeth; Siblings, Angie (Ron) Hyatt, Joe (Theresa) Compton, and Sherion (Ron) Schofield; Stepchildren Matthew (Kaitlyn) Reeves, Alexis Cotton and Joshua (Johanna) Thompson; Grandchildren, Asher, Brixton, Brantley and Kaizer; Mother, Shirley Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father, Junior Compton, Stepfather Keener Williams and his wife Kimberly Compton.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 7th, 2026, at 5pm at Grace Community Church in Wesley Chapel and on May 9th 2pm at Providence Methodist Church in Georgiana, AL. Everyone is invited.

Johnny was a one of a kind soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
