Varga, John J. Born November 4th, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio. Died in Zephyrhills, Florida on February 9th, 2013. John lived in the Silver Oaks Community in Zephyrhills since 1993. Previously he and his family resided in Chardon, Ohio for 30 years. John is survived by his wife Marilyn and their six children Eric, Lisa, Peter, Jack, Jerry, and Michele; daughter-in-law Trisha and son-in-law Steve. John is also survived by his seven grandchildren Rachel, Alexis, David, Michael, Patrick, Christian and Nicky. A devout Catholic, John was a member of Saint Josephs Parish in Zephyrhills, Florida, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. John was also a four-year veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Korean War. Later, he graduated from Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland, Ohio. John was an avid golfer and enjoyed two lifetime hole-in-ones. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Josephs Catholic Church in Zephyrhills.
