TRIPLETT, John E., Jr. 88 of Dade City died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013. He was born in Dallas, FL to John & Carrie Triplett and has been a lifelong resident of this area. He spent many hours enjoying woodworking, fishing and gardening. John is survived by his wife of 64 years Elizabeth Beth of Dade City, Son Wesley (Cathie Anderson) of Easley, SC, daughter Norma (Albert) Hayden of Dade City, FL, 2 Sisters Lona (Paul) Beasley and Joyce Peacock both of Ridge Manor, 2 brothers Willie (Evelyn) Triplett of Dade City, FL and Jerry (Teddy) Triplett of Sale City, GA. Three Granddaughters Jessica Triplett of Pickens, SC, Erica (Brent) McCarthy and Ashley (Ryan) Bahr both of Dade City and four Great Grandchildren, he was preceded in death by two brothers an infant which died at a young age and Benjamin. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Dec. 18th from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Hwy 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home; where funeral services will take place on Thursday, Dec. 19, 13 at 2:00 pm. Mr. Triplett will be laid to rest in Dade City Cemetery.
