John Frederick Evenhouse, Sr, passed away on October 25, 2018, at the age of 76 years. Born in Tampa, FL on December 12, 1941 to Herman John Evenhouse and Esther Ruth Evenhouse (nee Kaletsch), he was a longtime area resident. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, John received two Bachelors degrees from the University of South Florida and was a retired Professional Geologist. His passions include model ship-building, golf, Tampa sports teams, and his family. He is survived by his children: Heather Sutherlin (Jon), John F. Evenhouse, Jr. (Shana), Jessica Evenhouse (Jim), and Adam Evenhouse, his granddaughter, Brooke Wagner, and his significant other, Michele Manieri. A tribute golf tournament in his name will be held at later date. Memorial donations in the name of John may be made to the Pioneer Museum at 15602 Pioneer Museum Rd, Dade City, FL 33523.
