John "Bucky" Carango, of Wesley Chapel Florida passed away on August 30, 2025 at the age of 86. Bucky was born May 18, 1939 to John and Jane Owen (Ewing) Carango. Bucky had 7 sisters, Lorraine Edmonds, Dorothy Faber, Dawn Walsh McCleary, Eleanor Tomlinson, Jackie Mostufo, Audrey (Midge) Jones and Mary Jane Halcomb. Bucky grew up in Philadelphia PA and served in the United States Airforce after high school.

Bucky made a career in the paper making industry, He also worked in Consulting in the industry all across the world. After retiring in 2003 he and his wife Sandy (De Boer) Carango moved to Florida.

Bucky embraced retirement by golfing, fishing, traveling, reading, cooking great food and watching his beloved Giants football team.

Bucky had 5 children with his first wife, Jeannette (Clee). He was most proud of his family having raised 6 children Troy ( Linda Deceased), Keith (Jennifer), Tracey Deceased (Brian) Rhodes, Scott, Nicole (Daniel) Duff and Lindi. Bucky had 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He enjoyed a happy and loving relationship with Sandy for 41 years. They cherished their life together.
